When you've selected a property and have a contract with the Seller, the next step is to complete your loan application, which can be done easily through our website. To get started, select an application from the list on the left.

At the appropriate time we'll order a property appraisal for you.

STEP TWO -- Your Loan is Approved and Funded

South Carolina is an Attorney Preference state, which means that you will be required to choose the real estate attorney that will handle the closing and funding of your loan.  Choosing an experienced real estate attorney is an important step in insuring your mortgage closing goes smoothly.

We will coordinate with the attorney of your choice and you'll sign the final papers at their office.
